With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
Been a LONG time since I've been here. Okay...is there a exercise/health website that can send you daily messages health tip/exercise tip so to speak -- daily? You've seen other ones...like word for the day done by Webster...so I would think......(yes I do think) one would be out there for this.
There is a website that I was using for a while before I found FT that sends daily fitness and nutrition tips in your e-mail. It's www.ediets.com, try it and let me know how it works for you!
