I am currently taking hot rox, so i can stabilize my appetite. I do cardio 4 times a week about 3 miles each time on a 8 minute pace. I eat well. i have egg whites in the morning, and turkey sandwich at lunch, then chicken, vegetables or fruit for diner. Yet I can't harden up my stomach. It seems a little flabby I guess from where I have lost weight. I do abs almost everyday, which includes leg raises, normal crunches and then reverse crunches. I am not in bad shape or anything. But I really want my abs to show. How can I get this weight off my stomach since I am already eating well and doing cardio?
Patience. Since you cannot spot reduce, you'll have to lose the weight all over. You may also try a new cardio routine as your body probably adapted to it already.
