Returning after a long absence

Hey all, I'm just letting you know that I am back after almost a year away from this site. Anyways, Since I have been gone, a few things have happened. First, and most importantly, I have become a father. My daughter Tehya was born on July 21. Also, I have started studying internal martial arts. Emperor's Long Fist style Kung Fu under the 37th Patriarch William Siebert.
Due to the new martial arts studies, I had to change my weight training style. I am no longer looking for the huge body by doing 5 reps with 150lbs. I am currently doing a lot of reps with a little bit of weight. For example, today I did flat bench with only 30 lbs, but I did it 100 times. I will keep you updated on my progress including the differences in overall size and strength. If it works for me, it is bound to work for someone else too. And, there is not point in keeping these things to myself. Anyways, I'll talk to everyone later.
