i am so tired of all the pills and tricks for so called weight loss. i am a 50 year old male and after a sensible diet change and cardio/ weights have loss 42 in the past 12 months and could not feel better.i would and never will take these pills. if you cant modify your diet and increase your exersise program i dont believe your ready to lose weight.
