hi every body !
what should be my diet on my contest day?
should i eat same 6-7 meals or there is any special intruction regarding this.

Everybody has there own way of dieting on comp. day. Instead of telling you what I've done, it may be easier for you to go to the main directory of FT, click on the top thread that says "nutrition"...go from there. It has a diet for the last few days including the competition. Talk to one of the moderators. On the day of my competion, I continued the water depletion, took in a bunch of carbs in the morning. For the last couple of hours before the pre-judge, I took in alot of sugar through eating a bag of chocolate chips (slowly eating them, just a few at a time). right before I went on stage, I downed a red bull. Again, this is what I did and it doesn't work for everyone. It takes a few competitions to get down to what your body can handle. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT. GOOD LUCK!!!
