i want to start taking n-large 2 for a protein supplement..but is it ok cause im also trying to loose a tlittle tummy i have...cause i do want to gain muscle?
Um...my thoughts are you most likely won't lose much of your tummy while taking N-large2, unless you have quite of lot of lean muscle already. One shake contains around 52g of Protein, 86 g of Carbs, and 6 g of fat.

I am currently also taking Prolab's N-large2. I'm on my 3rd 10lb tub, and it's helped me gain weight (both wanted muscle, and some unwanted fat). I intend to discontinue using the Nlarge2 possibly after my next tub and switch to a Protein powder without the added carbs, or fat.
I'm curious to see an educated response to your question as well.
when u look for a supplement look at the serving size on the back......nlarg2 yea does have 52 grames of protein and junk but however it takes what like 2 or 3 scoopes? the stuff i take is 23 grams of protein pure 1 scoop and i put 2 21/2 scoops everytime and it only has 3 carbs and 2 grams of fat......if u wanna train to be lean eat to be lean. if u wanna gain weight ur gonna add some fat wheither u want to or not. sorry but u can't do both lol it takes body builders year to get the way they r. they gain weight . then lose it, gain it , lose it
