I jog regularly for 30mins(3kms),taking a 2mins break after 1km.I do this in the evening,between 8pm-9pm,then after 45mins of rest i have my dinner.
Q - Does evening jogging give same results as compared to jogging early in the morning?
AGE - 22/m....wt-67.5kgs....ht- 5ft6inches

Hi twincept53,
According to the 'experts' its best to do any cardio in the morning as your body will use the fat that it has already, instead of what you have consumed in that day.
However I jog at night also as it fits my shedule, the one thing I am hot on is eating at least three hours before bed time, it works for me.
