How long do i wait?

ok, i was told that it is ok to work out your abs every day. For the past month, i do crunches, i use ab machines with weights and stuff, is that ok to do every day? and how long should i wait if i did Biceps on Monday, should i for till the week after? or till my program is done. I do Biceps, shoulders - Monday
Triceps, chest - Tuesday
Legs - Wednesday
(with abs every day)
when is it safe to do Biceps again?

Once a week is fine, but if you want ot do more than that I think you are to wait at least 48 hours before working the same muscle again. Everyday for abs is probably more than you need. I think 3-4 times a week, with at least one session of resistance training. If you are using resistance on all your ab workouts, you may end up with bigger abs than you want. Do some workouts without resistance.
