ok, i was told that it is ok to work out your abs every day. For the past month, i do crunches, i use ab machines with weights and stuff, is that ok to do every day? and how long should i wait if i did Biceps on Monday, should i for till the week after? or till my program is done. I do Biceps, shoulders - Monday
Triceps, chest - Tuesday
Legs - Wednesday
(with abs every day)
when is it safe to do Biceps again?
