my diet--what u guys think?

I just need to know if im on the right track my profile says I should eat 1812 calories a day. so this is what ive come up with?do I need to add or decrease and am I consuming 2 much dairy?

breakfast:
2 eggs and wholewheat toast/or special K(2 cups)
a glass of milk
1 peach/apple

snack:
1 tub (170g) of cottage cheese
1 apple
5 wholewheat biscuts

lunch:
7 ounces of lean chicken breast/tuna (1 can)
in a salad

snack:
plain fat free yoghurt
another apple

dinner:
either lean meat or chicken
with 3-4 veggies
another glass of milk

I drink around 8 glasses of water a day and dont drink alchol. also I have around 2 cups of tea or coffee a day
also I eat dinner just before I go to bed like an hour after. do I still need another snack b4 bed?????
also with things like gravey and mayonaise if I have like a tablespoon of each is it important to add that into my calorie count????
last question... should I moniter how much salt I take in or doesnt it affect your weight????

Your diet sounds fairly sound. Why all the fruit? I don't think you need all that sugar although its natural its still sugar. The water intake sound about right from what you've said. If you use gravy or mayo make sure you add those calories for accuracy sake. Try to eat dinner as little earlier so there is more time between dinner and bed an hour isn't much time. Salt (sodium) will only make a difference as far as your body retaining water. Try to moniter this closely depending on what your goals are. Good luck

Have you looked at the Nutrition facts on the mayo? Yikes! Like 100 cals and 10g fat in a Tbsp.

Hi all, new guy here...
But to me this is a big nono... Although the diet seems pretty stable from my point of view, this dinner before bed is a big problem. Most times your final meal should be a few hours before bed so that you can work off the excess fat content of the meal....correct me if I am wrong, but that's what I've learned in the past.
