On monday i did legs, tuesday i took off and wednesday i went to do back, and after back i went running my usual 4 mile route. I started off great, but at about mile 2 my legs got such pain (my right lower leg down by my foot) and my left inner thigh and on my left leg down by the shin) They only hurt while i was running, like right now they are ok, but the pain was pretty bad, i almost stopped but pushed through it, it really hurt while on an incline or going up a hill. Im wondering if the reason why they hurt so bad was from the workout i did on monday night and that my muscles are still rebuilding so thats why the pain. any advice would be great.
