I am 6 feet tall and 170. I am trying to get bigger and put on more mass. I seem to be getting alot stronger however my size is staying the same. I dont know if my diet is correct and could i have some tips on how to eat a high protien diet with out using suppliments.
Everything you need to know is in the posts here. First, are you eating enough? What are you eating? What is your exercise routine like? You will have to eat a LOT and lift HEAVY to put on mass. And rest. Thinking that working out every day will make you gain faster is bunk.
