My arms are coming along fine as well as the left side of my chest, but my right side of my chest doesn't seem to be getting as big as the other side. i also have a strange lump on the right side of my chest that just looks like muscle but looks wierd when i flex, can someone please help!!

Have the lump checked out by a doc, FIRST! Try using DB's instead of a BB for your presses. This allows each side to work to capacity individually. With a BB my stronger side will make up for the weaker one, thus not giving it a chance to get stronger, faster. Make sure you are concentrating on your chest and flexing at the top of your presses. You may be using your arms more than you mean to.
