Hey, I'm a 15 yr old male. I'm 6'2", 170 pounds and have been working out since the beginning of the summer. I got a little more cut and a little bigger over the summer, but since then, I have had trouble making gains in size and strength. My summer gains even then were slight anyways. I have been intaking at least 150 grams of protein a day and working out in advanced p.e. in school, and haven't noticed much size or strength gain at all recently! My bench press also seems to be at a stall. I'd appreciate any answers or advice on why I just can't seem to build muscle?!!
