Need some advise. My FT training schedule is as follows - Monday - back, chest, calves: Thurs - shoulders, biceps, triceps: Sat - legs, calves. This week I have not been able to hold to those days. I did back, chest and calves on Wed. My question is will I get the same benefits by doing shoulders, biceps, triceps, legs, and calves all today? Basically combining my last 2 days. Or should I do shoulders, biceps, and triceps today and legs and calves tomorrow?
One other question - What is the least amt of days between working the same body part? I want to get back on my reg schedule but do not want to put the same muscle group too close together in doing that. Thanks

The difference between a pat on the back and a kick in the butt is only about two feet
