I bought some mens suppliment vitamins and the guy at GNC told me that taking vitamins daily is more important than the protein shakes b/c it will prevent me from getting sick b/c working out breaks down muscles and the repair can make you more suseptable to getting sick. or something like that... and he said that vitamins are very important. so are they or have i been taken for a ride?
