I am doing about 20 sets per one chest workout(including flat and inclined bench,dips,flys...).I have been training for 6 months 5 times a week.I am making great progress in weights i can lift, but my chest look the same(they are large, but not shaped and firm).I am doing between 12-8 reps per set, watching on my diet.Any advice?
Well.. we know nothing about you.. profile would really help here. Male? Female? Weight? Anyhow.. if the muscle is there and you're not getting the shape you're looking for, you might just need to trim the flab off from around the muscle to get the desired shape.
