I'm starting to exercise and keep a diet today. I haven't been able to stick to any of the above for the last two years or so.
I only want to lose about 5 kilos, which is probably why I don't seem to be able to be consistent in anything lately. I always kid myself into thinking that I look ok, even though I'm not satisfied with the way I look.
I guess you guys around here are more motivated than me. I'd like those of you who are more experienced in this to give me some hints as to how not to give up.
What do I do when if I feel I'm tired and bored and not in the mood dor doing my daily exercises?
