I've been trying to build my left tricep for awhile (the right one is built due to guitar playing) and it's really angering me 'cuz it's not even at all, and it looks very funny...it also embarasses me.

I've tried push ups (doesn't really seem to help much, besides my biceps), and I don't really have a whole lot of money to be able to go out and buy weights, and stuff like that. My friend showed me an exercise where you use a chair, and face the palms flat onto it, and left yourself up, but does that really help? Or is there anything around the house (body exercises without any needs of weights.)

Thanks.

Try doing close grip (triangle?) push-ups for tris. Place your hands close to one another so that your thumbs and index fingers touch and form a triangle and do pushups.
The thing your friend suggested sounds like dips. Get two chairs. Place them so that they are facing each other a little distance apart. PLace your feet on one chair and your hands on the other so that your torso is facing your feet. No other part of your body should be touching the chairs. Now lower yourself by bending your arms and raise yourself back up. You can substitute the chair you place your feet on by just putting your feet on the ground. Good luck.
