I just joined and am completely out of shape where my legs are concerned. I severely broke my ankle two years ago and have stayed away from using it too much. having done my first round of exercises all was fine except the squats have made me well lets just say I HATE stairs right now. Any thing I can do to ease into toning this area?
Oh yeah, thats the good stuff right there. Thats "good" pain right there. You gotta love that. I'm always worse 2 days after a leg day, so if you just lifted yesterday, you have something to look forward to:)
