If lets say you are busy during from a wednesday to a sunday and don't have time to do workouts, is it ok to say wake up early on a monday and do a workout (arms) then say later on that evening do another workout (legs). is that ok?

As long as you have at least 48 hours of rest before working the same muscle groups again. Are you also making time to do back, chest, shoulders, abs?
