Im 5 10 16o pounds. I would like to get really defined, toned muscles, along with some fat loss. Is it possible to have a diet that reduces body fat but also grows lean muscle? If so what is it, carb to protein ratios? Ive heard so many thing. Free trainers program recommends 15ograms protein and 388 carbs for my goal, can this be right? please help Thanks

I just asked that question in this forum, look for it, it is called 'fat loss vs muscle gain'. There is great info on how it works. You will need a weightlifting routine that really has you lifting heavy to build muscle and an eating plan that is high in protein, low in fat, and moderate 'good' carbs. A few days of cardio, too. There are programs here on FT that are designed for different goals. Read through them and pick one and get started. Welcome to FT.
