There are dozens of ways to split your workouts and everyone isn't the same. I couldn't possibly do all those in one session, unless maybe I was only doing one exercise each. I give shoulders their own day, as mine get zapped easily. I work back/biceps one day and chest/triceps another day. Some people do a total body workout several days a week, so I'm sure it can be done. I just couldn't do it, at least not as heavy as I'm lifting right now. You have to do what works for you. And make sure you rest your muscles in between sessions.
