Hi, I am a 19 yr old male and I stand 6-2 and weight 235 lbs with 19% bodyfat. Of course I want to loose this excess fat, especially around my lower back and abs(i.e love handles). I just cant seem to make any progress..I am currently on a low carb diet and am consuming around 80g per day of pure whey. But I have tried many differnet exercise and none seem to work especially around the love handles..Any suggestions for ab and lower back?? Thanks!
not just diet will lose the fat. put some exercise into it to burn it.leg raises, weighted waists twists, and (stiff legged) deadlifts. those work pretty good. leg raises target the lower part of your abs which will burn a lot of fat, weighted waists twists will work better than waists twists, and deadlifts will work the lower back.
