i have 19 in arms they r solid but really dont have much of a peek what is the best way to put a nice peek on them what exercises reps etc any info is appreciated thanks
Sounds like you're looking to have a peak from your bicep...? Search in the exercise lists for different types of curls. Of course, you can't *just* work your biceps or you'll be all sorts of unbalanced. Find a program that fits your needs - mass, weightloss, etc...
