Hello,

I am rather new at this but I have been training hard for 4 months now. My results are more than I have ever dreamed of. I do need some advice from people who have been at it alot longer than me . Below is a brief description of what I have been doing over the past 4 months :

First of all my size.. I am 5'8" and 165 pounds at start of program.. Small, slender build.. No chest, arms, Just scronny :)

Now for the program :

4 months so far..

4 days a weeK :

Monday - 2 hours - Chest, Back, Biceps, Calves, Abs
Tuesday - 1 1/2 - Legs, Shoulders, Triceps, Calves, Abs
Off WEdnesday
Thursday Repeat of Monday except alternate Exercises
Friday - Repeat of Tuesday except alternate Exercises

We started out the first few weeks doing one muscle group per day. I did not like that, so we doubled our program. I went from struggling to bench press 135 lbs to now I can do 245 with ease and max out a around 280. I have gained about 15 pounds so far. My muscles are REALLY define and everyone around me thinks I am on ROIDS <-- Ha Ha..

This is my delima.. I have been experimenting with supplements for the entire workout program. From jump I have been taking Protein drinks at least twice a day and using Ripped Fuel ( Non- Ephedrine formula ). About the middle of month 3 I started with the creative TRAC ( Orange Flavor ) and started the Product Powder Twin Labs Andro Nitra 1-AD EC ( Something like that ) I took that for 3 weeks and cycled off for 2 like it said. I just got back on it recently as I liked the results..

HEre is the delima... I want to build UNGODLY strenght and get ripped as possible without getting way to bulked up... I have heard mixed results with the product called NO2... Everyone that I have talked to says this product will give you UNBELIEVABLE results... PLease tell me what you think of this, and if I start taking it fir the 21 days it says to, should I get off the Andro Nitrate Protein powder and use a regular one.

Also as a side not.. HELP me with my abs.. What do I do to get the 6 pack abs.. My abs are rock hard but hidden under a layer of Fat... I work my abs all 4 days of my workout program.. Any advice on my program and supplements would be greatly appreciated.

Hey man, I'm interested in your questions about supplements too, but I can help about the abs.

Start the 12 week abs program here and a diet program to get lean/toned. Your abs are 80-90% diet. Cut back on fats/carbs and caloric intake. My fat's per day I can take now(set by the program here), is 39 grams!

The abs program here will also show you that over-doing the abs will do nothing. They are slow-twitch fibers, so doing 100-200 reps won't do much, without a diet.

2 days a week - INTENSE, resting, great diet will get the abs! I'm in the process of toning mine up and removing that little fat.

good luck!

Ripped is a very nice look , but you can't be both(bulky and ripped).
I would concentrate first in a sound eating regiment and not depend on too many supplements. Supplements are only that, and means in addition too.
Stick with a good quality protein and creatine. Those will give you what yoyu are looking for and of course, the hard work.
Echohpe gave you good advice on the abs, they are really made in the kitchen with diet.
Hope this helps you and good luck.

Okay, first off forget no2 I have yet to hear anything good about it. But if you got the money to waste hey why not. As far as the andoro nitrate fuel just be careful that you dont take it too long & stop using it if you feel any of the following symptoms, rapid heart rate, unconfortable breathing(not necessarily painful) or soreness or tenderness in the pecs. I am not a real big advocate of prohormones so please be carefull with them, the line between steroids & supplements is starting to get blurry.
