I'm not quite sure how to do the seated twists(for your abdominals/obliques)
i'm in the position that i would be in a crunch only sitting up

i'm not quite sure how to do the 'swiveling' and what am i supposed to do with my arms?! can some one help please(i've seen the description it doesnt help much tho)

All you're really doing is twisting your torso and keeping the oblique muscles tight as you turn. Make sure you contract your obliques as you turn.
