Right now the way may program is setup I lift and cardio on Mon. Tues. Thurs. and Fri. except no cardio on leg day(s). So I have Wed. Sat. and Sun. off. Do you think playing ball on Wed would lean towards overtraining? This is just half court. Thanks everyone.
