for about 2 years im been doing sit ups crunches all that but cant get abs i have a spare tire on the bottom of my lower abs what excerises can i do to help and what kinda of die!

Use resistance to train your abs as that will build some muscle which burns fat. THe most important thing to do to lose the soare tire is to diet. Use the free trainer nutrition program, it helps.

Yep, timbaland is absolutely right. You can do all the abs in the world, but if you don't get your bodyfat % down, then they will never show, especially the bottom abs.

You could work your abs for years and still have that fat layer. What you need to do is include diet and fat burning exercise. Get on a treadmill and run 70% of you max heart rate for 30 minutes every other day or so, and watch your calories. Read through the messageboards, you'll find toms of information on dieting.

Low fat diets work, Low carb diets work... personally I think low FAT diets taste a whole lot better though. I can't stand low carb diets. ^.~

Hey.

I've been doing MAD ab exercises for about the past year and a half. I have my cut lines and the upper pockets are on the verge of showing through completely. I can feel cut lines for the lower pockets but I have a small bulge of fat and can't seem to lose it.

Should I take the low fat diet to lose that? Will this make my abs REALLY show through?

Diet and exercise... you'll lose it.

If you dont want to lose muscle, try cutting down on fatty foods, watch your calories, and do some HIT. Get on a treadmill and Run. There are tons of threads on high intensity training, that will give you the low down on how tos and how muchs. Just make sure you have enough carbs in your system, or you will canabalize the muscle tissue.

Speeding up your metabolism will help, you might try taking something like hydroxycut, mixed with lots of water and of course the 6 small meals a day. Your metabolism will kick in to high gear and you'll be burning that fat off in no time.

everyone has abs.. its a muscle. its whether you can see them or not, and how developed they are

My son is 8 and has them. Like bropie said everyone has them...they just don't become visible until your bodyfat % is low enough.

The way I take your question is you're concerned you don't have enough fat on your bones...and you very well might not. Typically as a child you go through growth spurts and before you hit the growth spurt you tend to put on weight. Then after the spurt is over you're trimmer then you were before. If you recently went through a spurt then you might just be at that stage. But it's nothing to worry about unless a Dr tells you to.

Hello, I'm Jesus and I was wondering if anybody could help me lose my love handles they're not big but still I hate them! And what exercises I could do 2 lose weight and get abbs! I'm 5.9 and weigh 177!
