Hi guys i just thought that i would let you all know that there is a 5K race in Providence Rhode Island on September 7th at 11:15, but also for all of you with little ones who like to run there are other running events for them like an 800 meter (18 different divisions of children's races) even for kids 5 years old so if you are trying to get your kids involved in sports or running and you live in new england, this is a great idea!

you can check www.active.com or www.theschedule.com/ to get schedules for races and other athletic events all over the US. www.allsportcentral.com/ for all over the world.
