Hey my workout routiene is like doing each muscle 2 times a week for 3 weeks, and increase weight each set for 3 weeks and then decondition for 7 days(no working out). Then change the order around a lil but still be doing each muscle 2 times a week and etc. Do u think this is good? any suggestions? questions?
umm, i think that is a lil extreme??i dont see where you would find time for your body to rest, you need about two/three days for your body to rest a week at least....one day a week for each muscle is plenty, because more than that might overtrain them...
