If you follow your nutrition tracker well...is there any need for supplements besides whey protein???

I was wondering if creatine and or glutamine would be beneficial for gaining muscle?

I've seen a lot of the pros on here say that you have to remember that supplements are only supplemental. I've had good results with certain supplements to push myself over a hump, but it usually all comes down to what my diet is like. I personally like creatine a lot for recovery and endurance but have used glutamine for a while without any noticeable results. It may be helping me maintain my weight, but I think I'm going to phase it out once I use up my supply.

Does creatine help take the soreness out of the day after you lift?

And what are the benefits of glutamine?
