Hey,
I'm trying to get bigger upper body and Increase my vertical for basketball (just to let you know info about me), but here's my question: This website's workout for me says that I should do triceps chest and shoulders in the same day, and likewise with back and biceps.........I was wondering if I should do that or not because for example when I do chest, it makes my tris and shoulders a little tired already, etc..... I'm wanting to know how ppl on here do this, and also any advice on when to work out what......thanks

When you workout your chest, it makes your tris and shoulder tired because those muscles are also incorporated in your chest workout. This is why people workout the tris and shoulders on the same day. The ft workout you're using probably has you doing chest first. Same with back and biceps. I normally work these muscle groups together, but sometimes I put shoulders on a different day.
