I made my own excercise plan, i wanted to get more ofa work out then i could get from the home rutean, but none of the others on the site would give me excercises that i oculd do with just dumbelss, since i cant get to the gym to use the mechines.
I have 2 questions i would like to ask about this,
1) Is it a full body rutean, or am i missing something if so what? and is it an equal work out (i dont want huge pecks and no abs, or any other combinaiton)
(i think im missing the back)
2) is it safe for me to do this, 3 time a week,
i want to stay away form some of the complex or stranious excercises since i am a biggener, i dont want to do something that im at risk of messing up and hurting my self

I think its a great wrokout personally, you might be missing something but I dont know what, its okay to do your own routines as long as you take precautions......
3 times a wwk should be enough and safe.
Glad to give some help... any questions message me!

Please keep in ine im doing this at home, and all i have is 3,5,8,12lb dumbells, and a set of stairs and a brume stick.
I say this because some people have said and i have seen some that require me to hang from stomething, i cant do thos, i got nothing to hang from, not even a bench, or something to use as a beench other then a bed (which is a poor subistitute)

It looks good to me too. My biceps tend to develop faster than my tris so I do less biceps exercises than triceps also. Most of these will hit the back a little as a secondary muscle group, but the only thing I can think of is some kind of chin-ups or you could try deadlifts with your dumbells. They are tricky for beginners though so be careful.

for back you could do bent over dumbell rows and you can (I don't know the name of this exercise) lay face down on a bench holding the dumbells in each hand and do reverse dumbbell flyes
