Hey everyone, as you can tell by my login name I am a cheer leader, but not only that Im a dancer, volleyball player, b-ball player, softball player, and swimmer.....
I need to build up my whole body even more before the week of sept, 10th because I am a base and I have to lift people toss them in the air and catch them they rely on me to keep them safe while we are having fun.
I was wondering if anyone Has any sites or info on Pilates or what I can do in the short time I haveto tone my body and get lean<even though I already am but, HELP!!!!
