Sunday - Abs
Monday - Chest, Biceps/Triceps
Tuesday - Legs, Abs
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Back, Shoulders, Abs
Friday - Biceps/Triceps, Chest
Saturday - Abs
Would this be ok to use???I just finished my workout plan on here, it was great!

i think thats a little extreme... 6 days? u dont need more than 2 ab days

steeveed,it gave me four days when i did the 12 week ab program thing........
richardjst, umm, i guess 3-4 sets, with about 10 reps each.....
