I really would like to learn how to do powercleans...if anyone knows a website that explains how to do them please post!!!

if you learn the technique and can execute it perfectly it makes the world of difference, in how much stronger and more explosive you become. Have you tried just searching for it at like google.com

Hey, i've been gone for a while, but lately i been reading posts, and this brought a question to my head. Are you supposed to finish with the bar resting on your shoulders?
I always seem to end in a push press position or something similar.

You should catch the bar arcoss the front delts as if you were performing a front squat.

Alright my arms just dont bend that way, how far apart exactly should my hands be because I am finding it impossible to bend my lower arm to my delts
