I am currently performing the athome Rutean, because i dont have access to all the weights that are required for the other excercise plans, i do however have 5lb 8lb and Weights,
I was wondering if there is something i could do to breafly escercise my back and underarms
So far i am doing pretty good at keeping with my excercise plan ;) considering i tried it 2 times befor and didnt make it past 4 weeks im physiced that i have broked 4 weeks this friday Tho i do do everyhting as much as i am told, i am working up to it all, and am doing most of it
Here are a few for you to try out. I was doing these before I got access to a gym with 15-40 lbs dumbells for my back workout. The only thing you aren't targetting is the lower back. Anyone know a good lower back dumbell workout?
