About 3 years ago I used to be overweight. I was about 220lbs and in poor shape. But I got my act together and managed to drop over 60lbs of that in less then 3 months, through proper eatting and a crazy amount of exercise (both weight-training and cardio).
I have managed to fill in my abs pretty well but there is still the excess skin. I know if I can tighten up the skin some how I can make them show better, but I am not sure how to do it.
Tanning hasn't worked for me, and losing more weight isn't going to happen (i dont want to get below 160). Does anyone have any advice/tips/tricks to get the rid of this extra skin?
I have asked this question before too and several people recommended massaging the loose skin with a firming cream. I didn't really get anyone to recommend a particular one so I am still wondering myself.
