The only option I can find for ab work out is an 8 week. I have looked in beginner intermediate and advanced. Am I missing somthing? Also for adding weights to ab work out I can't find much about that. Is there another way besides ankle weights and just holding a weight disk during leg lifts and crunches. I did read a BB1 post about holding weight between the ankles but I am just not there yet.

When you go to look at your Excercise plan, Bellow that you should see somethingthat says :
'Supplementary Programs & Completed Schedules - separate schedule for 12 week abs Program (if selected) '
Below that it should be listed, clickthe link, then the week your on and there you go, thats if you signed up for it

P.S. im a Fearly skinny person, about 6ft weight around 12-lbs, is this healthy for me, i Done have much muscle, i have been trying to excercise for the past month. I alsmost finished the 4 week at home escercise rutean, and am on the 5th week of the abs program. Im not sre if im doing it correctly.
Does anyone know approxmitly i should start to 'See' the results, Hopefully be able to wax and how off my abs befor school ;)
Got about a month befor that, if not im going to stick with it, i just want and appx for when i should be seeint results

Thank you Senti. I found supplementary & completed programs you mentioned but they are not clickable. Got any other suggestions??
