I have become bored with my previous routine, since how FT's programs are to high in reps I opt to form my own...what do you guys think of This.....
Monday-
Bench,Incline Dumbells, Bent Over Rows, Lat Pull Down, Skull Krushers, One arm cable tri's, One are pull down, Machine pullups, Abs, Cardio
Tuesday-
Cardio, rest
Wednesday-
Squat, Front Squat, Military, highpulls, Leg Ext., Leg Curl, Arnold Presses, Shoulder Cable Circut, Abs-weighted, cardio
Thursday-
Straight Bar Curls, Preacher Curls, Hammer Curls, partials
cardio
Friday-Free choice minus bi's
Saturday-sleep, eat, rest
Sunday-Free Choice, minus chest tri's and back
The weeks will go as follows
1- cores 3*8-12, aux. 3*12-15
2-cores 3*8-10, aux. 3*10-12
3-cores 3*6-8, aux 3*8-10
4-cores 3*3-6, aux 3*6-8
Cores are done before aux.'s.
Bring to total failure within rep range if not in rep range drop or add weight accordingly.
Weeks are to be repeated 3 times for a total of twelve weeks.
What do you guys think, the rapid weight change keeps me from getting bored and helps me keep tricking my muscles.
