A little more info may be needed in order to answer this question properly. What muscles groups are you looking to stretch? Also, what activities are you warming up for? Generally, it is considered appropriate to hold a static(no bouncing) stretch for 30 seconds(at least) on each stretch. Stretching should be done both pre/post workout. There is also activity specific stretching that can be done as well as dynamic warmup type activities that may be considered stretching as well.
