Before I ask my question, Here's some background. I'm a 24 year old male with a reasonably small frame, 6'4", 194 lbs. While in highschool, I stayed at a constant 173lbs, never varied year after year. About a month ago, I noticed my pants were getting a little tighter than usual. I knew I was a little heavier, but was a little startled when I weighed myself and looked at my figure. I had the starts of a belly comming!

None the less, I don't really care about what my weight is, as long as I keep my body fat down. Once I saw I wasn't in the shape I wanted to be, I quit smoking, and started jogging and doing pushups and situps again. A week later I bought a set of dumbells and now have joined a gym this past week. I'm feeling alot better physically after this month, and am moving more weight, but am not sure I'm doing this the right way.

ALL THAT ASIDE! I've been drinking protien smoothies three times daily, and eating 6 balanced small meals a day. I have my protien intake to about 110g a day, and that's with taking protien supplements VERY frequently. I can't imagine how I can eat MORE than I already am. I jog 4 times a week for about 45 minutes. I lift 5 times a week, taking the weekends off to rest, currently.

How on earth can I get my protien intake up, and meet that kind of caloric intake? I just can't digest the food fast enough!

Help!

Hate to double post, but I can't edit the first one to include more information...

My end goal is to gain lean muscle mass all over, and lose the fat. Can I do both at the same time effectively?

What protein drink are you taking? Try the Myoplex Deluxe shake it tastes really good while providing 53g of protein per serving. Also eat chicken or other lean meats which are a great source of protein
