Why?

Your profile is not filled out. How old are you? What is your current height, weight, age? Assuming by your username you are a male..is that right? What ARE your goals? Do you want to build mass? Do you want to cut fat? Do you want to do both at once? Do you simply want to lose weight? Do you want to increase strength? What equipment do you have available? What kind of time frame do you have to work out each day?

These are the kinds of things we need to know in order to help.
