i am confuse.wat should i do for shoulder for middle and rear.i wan to have nba arm.my tricep is big and the look like so fat.althogh it is hard.i dunno how many set i should do for whole body.can anyone give me advice and i lift for chest is 20 kg dumbell fly.then shoulder i lift 5kg per arm.i was very jealous about the male model.is male model is progresive gain or tone?i dun wan to bulk up i wan to me firm like the magazine!!!! i build my muscle for 2 year.i am confused now.
