Is that okay...or do you advise against it? My objective is to bring down the bodyfat % and gain lean muscle. I am concerned about the sugar and carb in the apple.thanks
An apple is a very good choice for a snack anytime.
You can actually lose a lot of weight by eating apples-its that high fibre thing.
There is an actual diet that I once read about called
(eat 3 apples a day to burn fat).
