can i ask why i did the same exercise for my whole body but i still dun have tone and firm chest and arm.my lower abs dun have six packs just have 4 and somemore the 4 is not so clear.i am 150lbs and 5'10' i hope.who can help me to achieve the goal.coz really hard to train.PLs god!!!!!
