What kind of treaining is yoga? Is it mainly for flexibility or is there a lot of strength training involved with it? I'm just wondering if it would be a good idea to take off one day of weights and do yoga that day instead, or if it would be better to just incorporate it into what I'm already doing. So any of you yoga practitioners, give me some advice please ;)

No Yoga enthusiasts? I've tried it now two days in a row and I am sore in muscles I didn't know existed. So it must be doing something.

I think it depends on what type of yoga you're doing; beginning yoga is mainly going to be flexibility w/ some strength, and the poses will probably require more balance and strength as you advance. Or there's the power yoga which will get your heart rate up going from pose to pose very quickly. I wouldn't sub yoga for a weights day but I always think it's a good idea to throw something new in the pot. :)
