Hello there. I am trying to incorporate the Thigs and Glutes into my routine; however, the box I must check in order to do so is shaded grey and will not allow it. The only one possible for me to add is the Abs. Please help!!

you are setup as a beginner and that is not an option for a beginner. you will need to change you status for that program.

Thanks Tommishuck. I din't suppose you have the necessary info required for me to change my status. Man, sometimes I can be completely useless.
