I just started here at freetrainers (today was the first day!). I am doing the at home training and I am starting in the beginner level. In my options I selected the 12 week ab program but in the first two weeks of my program there are no abs exercises at all. Is this a mistake or do they show up later?
These are the exercises in my program:
Side Laterals
Push-Ups
Can Curls
Chins Between Chairs
Calf Raises
Dips Behind the Back
Squats
also I don't even know if the abs program is for me. I am very thin with a long stomach. I'd like to get long lean muscles in my abs instead of a 6-pack because I think that with me being so thin it would really look strange LOL What do you think? will it work with someone so thin or should I take it out of my options?
