I'm just a kid, as you can tell from my sn. I would like to start working out but I don't go to the gym. I've seen alot of people say that they wish they had worked out sooner, and since I'm young I can still prevent that mistake. I'm looking at gaining muscle and mass training. Like I said I don't go to the gym, so is there anything I can do at home that will make my muscle look like Vin disels? hahah Im just saying. If you say I HAVE to go to the gym to look that way, then I should probably go. BUt anyways i need HElp.

I know you said you are a kid but what age exactly? It makes a big difference on the advice you get. If you start on heavy weights to young you will get bad effects. There are several posts in the "Younger Crowd. Under 25 chat" asking about ages, look through the history and see what you come up with. As for the gym it depends upon your current situation, but generally if you’ve got easy access to a gym use it.
